Accommodation is provided in 49 single rooms and 5 double rooms. The rooms are all furnished and tastefully decorated on all three floors. The first and second floors are serviced by two lifts. The rooms are bright and airy with magnificent views of the landscape garden at the back and the flow of passing traffic and inviting visitors to the front.

All room's sizes meets the National Minimum standard and most exceed the standard. 37 of the bedrooms have en suite facilities 4 of those with en suite shower. 17 of those rooms are fitted with the latest Preslit Systems providing flexible units in the showers and hand basins thus minimising the incident of back injuries to staff who provide assistance in those areas.

Most of the beds are electrically operated for ease of use and comfort. Television is provided in all rooms and telephone point as required. A call bell is also provided to summon help.
