Meera House was first opened in 1990 providing residential care to 15 clients. It has been extended over the years increasing its capacity from 15 to 27, then 34 and now 54 Service Users in need of Nursing and Dementia Care. There is a separate unit for those with dementia but not with extreme challenging behaviour and a step down unit for short term assessment following an acute phase in hospital.

The home is warm and friendly and is one of the finest Nursing Homes situated in North West London within easy reach of all local amenities e.g. shops, post offices, library and public transport.
