To allow the Service User to have a say in the way the home is run, both individually and by participation in discussion groups.

To provide a homely, family atmosphere.

To meet the changing needs of each individual in our care.

To assist the Service User in maintaining their independence as long as possible, and always to treat them with respect and dignity.

To encourage Service Users and staff to mingle in the local community and to encourage voluntary bodies to visit the home.

To keep in contact with relatives and encourage visitors.

To assess the needs of the individual on a regular basis and ensure that staff are aware of their changing needs.

To arrange outings for patients to the temple, mosques and parks.

To provide the same care for all patients regardless of their religion, sex, caste or views.

To run a happy home where individuals can remain as independent as they wish, and to offer the best care, attention and support that it is in our power to provide.
