Quality Assurance

The Management of Meera House ensures that all quality Standards are Achieved & Monitored on a regular basis.
In addition to regular inspections by the care standards commission, We are committed to external verifications & to date we have participated in the Kings Fund Audit & are accredited with “Investors In People” (IIP) Award since 2003.
Meera House also follows the RNHA quality assurance programme & is committed to achieving ISO 2000.

Health & Safety / Employment

Meera House is a member of Peninsula Health & Safety / Employment Systems & regular Health & Safety inspections are carried out by Peninsula.

Staff Training

The Care is provided by the team of dedicated staff who are Trained & qualified to meet varying needs of service users. The team consists of an experienced Manager, three Deputy Manager, Registered Nurses, National Vocational qualified carers and others including cooks, Laundry assistant, cleaners, maintenance staff all working together to provide the best of care.
Meera House is committed to training and invests regularly in training programmes (both in–house and external training courses for the staff).
